Chicken, cucumber & mushroom kebabs
Kebabs marinated in yoghurt and curry.
Ingredients:
1 chicken breast
1 medium sized cucumber
5 large mushrooms
2 spoons olive oil
Salt
Marinate:
1/2 cup of yoghurt
1 spoon of curry
1 spoon of turmeric
1 spoon of olive oil
2 garlic sections
1/4 spoon of chili
Extras: Lime juice can be used to garnish the kebabs.
Method:
Set the oven to?180℃.
Mix the marinate ingredients.
Chop the chicken breast into cubes, salt it. Mix with the marinate. Stick both the chicken and marinate in one bowl in the fridge for at least 6 hours.
Chop the cucumber and mushrooms and toss in olive oil.
Stick a piece of cucumber, a slice of a mushroom and a cube of chicken onto the kebab stick repeatedly.?
Bake it in the oven at?180℃ for thirty minutes. Halfway through the cooking, check the kebabs and turn them around so that the other side bakes as well.
You can also grill them instead of baking.

Serve hot, garnished with lime juice.
You can also ?serve it with Arugula salad.
